Hats off to our Japanese student Ryo Mukano, for passing the TOEIC examination with an 885 TOEIC score, interpreted as high advanced.  Congratulations Ryo! Thank you so much for your trust in studying with us. We’re so proud of you. Hats off also to his teachers: Tegenius-english-ryo-mukano-toeic-passeracher April, Teacher Naomi, Teacher Israel, Teacher Levi and Teacher Douglas for guiding and imparting their knowledge towards the English language to Ryo. Genius English will be always grateful and proud for this achievement.

What is the purpose of taking a TOEIC examination? According to the article on website, “The TOEIC tests are English language proficiency tests for people whose native language is not English. The tests assess the everyday English skills of people in the global workplace who may communicate in English, both with other non-native speakers and those from English-speaking cultures. TOEIC tests use authentic tasks that reflect the kinds of language people actually use in the global marketplace.”

Genius English Proficiency Academy TOEIC course is comprised of four sections: listening comprehension, reading, speaking, and writing which reflect the sections of the actual test. Our TOEIC teachers conduct mock test every Friday to their TOEIC students to examine the progress of the student in their everyday classes. The assessment will be repeatedly done until both of the student and teachers obtain their goal.

Studying the English language is not that easy, especially if you are non-native speakers. You have to understand word by word, phrases by phrases and the Rules of Subject-verb Agreement itself.  Also, you have to exert efforts to aim your goal in learning the language. However, it’s not just a matter of exerting effort, it is also a matter of patient in learning the language, comprehend and understand what you hear and read. Lastly, learn to love and focus on learning the language.
